What is a Signtec Franchise?

As a franchise holder you will operate as a Signtec branch with your own premises, signmaking equipment and clients.  You will determine you own pricing structure, profitability and staffing levels and effectively manage the business yourself.  As a franchise holder you get full support from the Signtec team in Chemlsford including the production and installation of products.  As part of the base package, you will have the capability to produce cut vinyl signs and graphics.  For those who would like to make a more substantial investment, full colour printing equipment will also be provided.

What does the Basic Franchise Package Include?

You will be provided with all the equipment and training to enable you to become productive in a very short length of time.  You will also receive a 30 day credit account for the provision of raw materials and equipment you choose to purchase.

Can I buy Products and Services from Signtec Ltd.

Yes, you can order products and even have them installed. All at less than trade price.

Can I Buy Additional Equipment?

Yes, you can increase your capabilities by buying printers and other signmaking equipment.  Buying this through Signtec Ltd will leverage prices lower than buying directly.

What do I Need to Provide?

 You are responsible for the following:

 Obtaining suitable premises and the purchase or rent thereof.

Communications costs (telephone, email or fax).

What do I Charge for Products?

You determine the price of products based on market conditions and competition. You will bill the client directly for all products and services.

Do I have a Territory?

We will agree with you the location for your premises but there is no restriction on territory.  You can also open another branch managed by you.

Do I Receive a Product Pack?

Yes, you will receive a full pack of products that you can demonstrate to customers.

What are the Costs?

There is a basic franchise purchase fee plus a set up fee which is for 10 years. On renewal, only the franchise fee is payable.  You will also pay Signtec Ltd a percentage of your turnover each month and agree to purchase all your materials through Signtec Ltd.  Prices will be 10% above manufacturers or distributors prices which, because of the buying power of Signtec Ltd, will be lower than normal retail price.
